Power Infrastructure Before Real Estate
MetalWave develops around power. We secure strategic sites, build the infrastructure that makes them usable, and deliver development-ready capacity to operators who need it.
Our Model
Land is the easy part. Power is the constraint.
Most data center site searches begin with acreage and end at the interconnection queue. MetalWave inverts that order: we evaluate deliverable capacity, utility posture, and schedule first, and only then commit to land. The result is a site that can actually be built on.
Company Story
Capability built by operating
MetalWave’s operating history in large-load infrastructure created deep experience in Texas power markets, site development, utility coordination, energization, and 24/7 operations. Those capabilities now support the company’s growing powered land and data center development platform.
That history matters commercially, not sentimentally. A team that has energized sites and run them continuously understands where schedules actually slip — equipment lead times, study timelines, utility sequencing, and the balance-of-site work that rarely appears in a site brochure.
MetalWave Energy Inc. was established in 2023 and focuses on Texas and the ERCOT market.

Core Capabilities
What MetalWave does in-house
Power
Utility capacity assessment, grid studies, on-site generation, and energy strategy — applied before a site is committed to.
Development
Site control, due diligence, permitting coordination, and delivery of development-ready environments.
ERCOT
Texas market experience across large-load development, interconnection, and market participation through affiliated entities.
Execution
Built and energized infrastructure, with continuous operating experience behind it.
Site Pipeline
A growing set of power-oriented Texas sites across the DFW region and the Houston–San Antonio corridor.
